  • During these meetings, we will discuss birth preferences, creating your birth plan, informed decision making, fear release, preparing for labor and postpartum, and work through comfort measures and pain management techniques.

• In-person Labor and Childbirth Support

  • Full labor support - whenever you need us and for however long after birth, we will be there. We have no time limit on our support for you!

• 1 Postpartum Visit 

  • 1-3 hours long of whatever you need - conversation, birth debrief, light cleaning, light meal prep, making sure you get a shower or nap… We are here for you!

• Phone/Text Doula Support (24hr On-call at 36 weeks) 

• Intro to Breastfeeding Class

  • Want to know more about the science of breastfeeding and be prepared with practical tools and knowledge to have a successful and beautiful breastfeeding relationship? Then this class will be perfect for you!

  • Personalized support for your goals! Hailey will meet with you before baby arrives to discuss your unique needs and goals and a plan to help you get there.

  • It’s 3am and you need breastfeeding support now? Give Hailey a call and she will be there for you!

• The Empowered Birth Comprehensive Childbirth Education Class

  • Bloom and Grow’s Childbirth Education Class will be a great preparatory step into meeting your birth goals.
