Whatever birth you choose, we want you to be prepared! Whether you are choosing a hospital, birth center, or home birth, our course will ensure that you have a foundational understanding of the following topics:

  • Labor Positions

  • Postpartum Preparation

Our course, led by instructor Hailey Sederburg, CBC, C-CBE, is broken into 3 digestible, engaging sessions with The Empowered Family CBE Community Group after. With small groups, an intimate atmosphere, and engaging lessons, we hope you will walk away prepared to have a more empowered birth!
